Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring that yarn labels are intact and items are protected from moisture.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
